Public notice of the appointment of a Process Adviser
Section 558J(3) of the Companies Act 2014

Pursuant to the passing of a resolution of the board of directors of WizZki Recruit Limited , Company
Number: 519052, on 22 April 2026, and being satisfied that R Eric Hendy of R Hendy & Co, CA House,
Croghan Industrial Estate, Emoclew Road, Arklow, Co Wicklow is qualified in accordance with
Section 633 of the Companies Act 2014 (‘the Act’) for appointment as a process adviser, R Eric Hendy
has been appointed as process adviser for the company, in accordance with Section 558E of the Act
for the purpose of preparing a rescue plan in accordance with the provisions of Part 10A of the Act.
